About Us
In 2010, two sisters Brooklyn and Kirsten Romana attended The Culinary Institute of America. After graduation, they worked as chefs to gain experience before opening their own seafood restaurant in 2017. Now they are managers and make sure everything is running smoothly!
With their immense love for seafood and an upscale environment, they decided to go in that direction. Brooklyn and Katie’s mission is to open a second location someday in the future. With hours of planning and hard work, they hope you love Romana Seafood Bar + Lounge as much as they do.

Chef's Table
We now offer Chef’s Table. Our new chef came up with this creative idea! We would love to have our guests get behind the scenes kitchen experience with our staff. The price is $60 per person. If interested, please call (222) 123-4567.
